Holiday Volunteering at Harvard Square Homeless Shelter
Normally staffed by undergraduates, the Harvard Square Homeless Shelter is always in need of volunteers to work in their kitchen during school breaks, and the Yale Club of Boston has often committed to staffing a few shifts during the holidays. This January, we're looking for volunteers to prepare meals, clean the space, and assist the shelter staff during the following time slots:
Friday, 1/19 Dinner (6:45-9:15pm)
Please be sure to read the volunteer handbook beforehand, which can be found here.
You can sign up for a shift on this page. If all the spaces are filled for a given shift, you can contact service@yaleboston.org to be added to the wait list.
If you would like to volunteer with HSHS at another time, you can sign up as an individual volunteer here!
