2025 Annual Meeting

  • Sunstein Law LLP 100 High Street, Boston (map)

Please join us on Thursday, May 8 for an evening of conversation, community, and celebration at the Yale Club of Boston’s annual meeting.  In addition to club business and elections, we’re thrilled to welcome Paige MacLean SOM ’98, an independent philanthropic advisor and lecturer at the Yale School of Management, who will deliver our keynote address.

The evening will begin with hors d’oeuvres, drinks and desserts, then turn to club business, including the election of directors and officers.

Paige MacLean, our keynote speaker, is a lecturer at the Yale School of Management and a fellow at the Yale Program on Social Enterprise, Innovation and Impact. She offers a course at Yale that examines high-impact approaches to philanthropy and is the faculty advisor to students who are consulting to and serving on boards of non-profit organizations. Paige also serves as an independent advisor to individuals and families who are looking to develop an approach to philanthropy that is meaningful to them and creates significant impact.

Her talk, “Andrew Carnegie to MacKenzie Scott:  The History of Philanthropy in America,” will examine how our understanding of philanthropy’s role in civic life has evolved over time, shaping its purpose and impact, and informing our approaches to giving. It is a timely and thought-provoking topic that we look forward to exploring together.

Parking is available at 100 High Street or at the Post Office Square Garage.  The building is a short walk from the Downtown Crossing, South Station and Park Street T stations.

Tickets for the Annual Meeting are $50 for dues-paying members of the Yale Club of Boston and $60 for non-members. Registration for this event will close on Thursday, May 1.
