We hope you'll join us on Sunday, July 13, for the Yale Club of Boston's annual summer barbecue! From 4 to 7 pm, we'll be serving food and playing lawn games at the American Legion Marsh Post #442, a riverfront venue that's less than a mile from Harvard Square.
The barbecue is one of the Club's largest annual events, and consistently our most inter- generational one. Alumni of all ages and current students come together to swap stories of their respective times at Yale, forge friendships over delicious food, and watch a lazy summer afternoon on the Charles drift into evening.
Feel free to bring your favorite lawn game or a dessert to share with the group. This year, we’ll also have new YaleBoston merchandise available to purchase.
A cash-only bar for attendees 21 and over will be available at the venue. Please note: bringing your own alcoholic beverages or having them delivered to the venue is not permitted.
For the event, we recommend parking at the Buckingham Browne and Nichols Upper School lot and crossing the street via the crosswalk to arrive at the American Legion. If you require any accessibility assistance, please let us know when registering so we can plan accordingly for designated parking spaces.
Tickets are $20 for dues-paying members of the Yale Club of Boston, $25 for non-members, and $5 for current Yale students. If you would like to bring a guest, you can purchase an additional ticket in your order. So that we can place our catering order, please register by Monday, July 7.
