Paul Revere Heritage Site Tour and Reception

  • Paul Revere Heritage Site 4 Rolling Mill Way Canton, MA (map)

Join us on Saturday, August 9 for a private guided tour and informal reception at the Paul Revere Heritage Site — a nine-acre park along the Neponset River located on the grounds of a copper rolling mill founded by Revere and his son. The site includes manicured parkland with waterways and flat walking trails, historic buildings with exhibits, the Northern Spy restaurant, and the future home of the Paul Revere Museum of Discovery and Innovation.

The tour will meet at the Copper Mill building on the site. It will be led by John Morton, the Executive Director of the museum, along with the  YaleBoston Community Service Fellow working at the site this summer.

Guests will enjoy a behind-the-scenes look at the museum in progress and explore Paul Revere’s industrial legacy. After the tour, we’ll gather for a casual reception and reflections from the tour leaders.

Attendees are also invited to take part in a self-guided “tree quest” around the grounds, and to unwind after the event at Northern Spy, the on-site restaurant and bar with terrace seating.

Free parking is available on site. The event will take place rain or shine.

Tickets are free for dues-paying members of the Yale Club of Boston and $10 for non-members.  To assist us with catering, please register by Tuesday, August 5.
